Yoko is a high-class commercial facility with over 12,000 properties. sqm. office space, the exclusive tenant of which is Swarovski Global Business. Yoko is part of the Garrison Compound created on the area of the old military garrison in Gdansk. The body of the Yoko building has a distinctive character that underlines the combination of precious facade claddings - glass, corten sheet and granite. This modern design was created with a view to the security of tenants as well as environmental care. The building has green roofs with a water rotation system and a parking for bicycles.
