PROJECT DETAILS

The Nouvelle Citè Administrative, also known as Cité Marianne, in Lille (Upper France) is the largest civil construction project in the country. The design realised by Bouygues Batiment Nord-Est encompasses 38,400 m2, distributed in 5 interconnected buildings to house some 20 governmental services and more than 2,000 civil servants.

The project is distinguished by its bioclimatic architecture, which emphasises natural lighting, the use of bio-based materials and a focus on biodiversity. Contributing to the building's circularity is the use of WICONA's Hydro CIRCAL® 75R post-consumer recycled aluminium systems.
