Grand Parade a new build office replace a 1970's building. It adjoins Charlemont LUAS station along the Grand Canal. 4,200 Sq.m office space providing occupants with an ideal working environment. The building itself incorporates a wide range of energy efficient and alternative energy schemes. I.e. a ice bank cooling systems yields to -28% electrical consumption, low emission fully modulating gas fired boilers, rain water harvesting which reduce water usage by 30%, high performance solar reflective glass and a high insulation building envelope.
