GTC Francuska is the first Katowice-based Globe Trade Centre’s office investment offering a total of around 21 500 m2 of modern office space for lease, along with 370 underground parking places. High quality of the finishing elements, such as glazed facade and light stone paneling, gives the complex both an attractive image and access to natural light. A typical floor in the A building amounts to 1 740 m2, whereas in the B building to 1 600 m2.
