PROJECT DETAILS

Kauno Dokas cover an area of 11.000m2 that includes three harmoniously buildings with separate entrances. The first part was completed in 2018 (produced and installed by “Staticus” UAB) and the second part in 2019 (produced and installed by “Glasma Service” UAB). The facade of Kauno Dokas appears like a reflection of the nature and the river waves.

WICONA unitized glass facade WICTEC EL60 creates a feeling of lightness both exterior and interior. Blue-green pre-patinated copper portals highlight the entrances and creates a strong, statement etched onto the glazed facades. The entrance, covered by glass facades of WICTEC 50, reflects the rhythm of the river and its construction resemble of the waves in the water. This lifts the building into a modern architecture symbol of green building philosophy.

WICONA WICLINE 75 Evo windows was used for the project with its high thermal performance and harmonious appearance. Natural sunlight reaching almost all working places as well as windows are openable. Furthermore, the business center offers an electric car charging station and flexible mobile working areas outdoors. The entire project concept is focused on a very healthy and motivating working environment.
