DETAILS PROJECT
UMTM is institute of medical and translation medicine. Institute gathers experts from different disciplines and provides a wide application in medical sciences. The building was designed as a functional and design center of science with a strong facade and suppressed strip windows. Architect found all the necessary know-how and functionality with the system Wicona. Application of flat roofs with a minimum slope about 1% shafted dominant. The facade is composed of aluminum structures Wictec 50.HI attachable to a steel skeleton with intergrated structural outward windows. Strip windows are bent in an arc for each segment and are implemented as windows with hidden sashes. used system is Wicline 70.HI (recent 65evo).
